Raffle License

Raffles $10,000 & Under
Eligibility for Raffle License Application
(total ticket value $10,000 or less only)  

A raffle license authorizes charitable or religious organizations to conduct a lottery scheme in which tickets or prize bonds are sold for a chance to win prizes. (If your group has never held any type of gaming license and is interested in conducting a raffle with a total ticket value $10,000 or less, please complete this Eligibility for a Raffle License application). (LIC/GAM 5416)  
When applying for a raffle license, please bring the application form.
